Lisa Bruce is a graduate of Simmons College, with a BA in Communications, and concentration in graphic design.

Lisa was initially drawn to computer programming because of the level of control and ability to change elements. More than anything else, she was attracted to the satisfaction of transforming ideas into something concrete.

It wasn't long before her graphic design and typography methods merged with her computer background, and led her to web design and development. In utilizing this integration, she aims to design user interfaces that accommodate different learning styles when information is presented.

Lisa focuses on Information Architecture throughout her designs in order to deliver the clearest organization possible. She also believes that good design is based on fundamental principles, and not just aesthetically pleasing layouts: thorough attention to detail, use of white space, and letterforms. Her passion for web and graphic design directly feeds into her work, as she is constantly perfecting it until she is satisfied.

When she is not designing web sites and advertising campaigns, she is playing ice hockey or working on antique cars.
